Water Wings Swim School believes that the most important component to learning how to swim is to have fun. Once a child enjoys the water, they are more open to learning how to swim and staying safe.
Owners Avi & Tracy Shafshak
Avi has a background in Business, teaching swimming and swim school management. Avi's wife and business partner, Tracy, has her background in competitive swimming, coaching and child psychology. Together, with their shared love of teaching and the water, they make a great team for success.
Directly teaching kids and adults of all ages to swim is still their favorite part of their job!
Facilities
Water Wings Swim School believes in a year-round approach to swimming. All of our facilities have indoor heated pools to a comfortable 90 degrees and are equipped with changing rooms, restrooms, and showers for your convenience. We also provide a convenient retail area as to provide snacks, drinks, pool toys, accessories, and more.
Our Professional Instructors & Staff
Our school is comprised of our friendly and knowledgeable staff of customer service professionals and teachers. Our enthusiastic staff of teaching professionals are employed with us throughout the year, allowing their expertise and experience to continue growing long after the summer has faded away. Our teachers and office staff are required to go through an extensive training program designed by Water Wings Swim School.
